Everything on this website is free and legal, so yes - you can download it and put it on your iphone (although you might have problems with some apps & games ) If you see a link that says Download Album, the music is usually in a zip, so you can download it directly. If the link says Download Torrent, you need to have an application to download it - we of curse recommend FrostWire. If set up correctly, content downloaded with FrostWire will automatically be visible in your iTunes, so it is easy from there... Good Luck
