The Twilight Saga: New Moon) is an upcoming romantic-fantasy film scheduled for release on November 20, 2009. It is based on the novel of the same name by Stephenie Meyer and is the sequel to 2008's Twilight, which is based on Meyer's previous novel. Directed by Chris Weitz, the film will star Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner, reprising their roles as Bella Swan, Edward Cullen, and Jacob Black, respectively.

    Ok well the first one sucked why would they want to waist there money on another one?? makes no sence..

    = Worldwide: $383,530,753

    Maybe that's why, plus all the people that already read the second book, I guess even if it sucks it'll turn a lot of money, so, nope, no money wasted in my opinion.
