Born From a Shore's five track EP, Friends, is a luscious indie folk pop compilation filled with twinkling background sounds and cool vocals. Although it's hard to find information about this group, (I think they're French) their EP is still worth listening to.
Friends comes with 5 catchy tracks that incorporates a cool pop, sometimes laid-back jazzy kind of vibe. The vocal harmonies are excellent and the quality of the recording is quite good as well. It's very clear and crisp; very professional.

Zwei-Stein might seem like the last name of a person, but instead it's actually a reliable and highly functional free video editing program. The program works great in editing but does feature a very technical interface so it's ideal for someone who doesn't get easily daunted by the onslaught of various windows and buttons in one screen.
The program makes it easy for users to incorporate special effects in their videos. It can easily work on two different media sources and render them at the same time. These are just two of the software's strengths. Zwei-Stein has plenty more up its sleeve when it comes to helping users with their video/image editing needs.

Sometimes, all you need is good old rock and roll. Gleb Bones' The Fine Art of Wasting Time is an interesting mix of funk, hardrock, indie and garage rock in one loud yet likable record.
These Frenchman actually describe their sound as "glam rock" on their Myspace page and certainly, some songs do remind you of the good old hair, sequins, and tights days. However, there's no denying that most of the tracks are certainly worth lovin'.
If you're looking for some nostalgic rock and roll, then this is one of the best records on Jamendo to check out.

Hailed by many as one of the best shooter games available for free download on the App Store, Pew Pew has certainly lived up to its name ever since it was released.
The game is a multidirectional shooter that's actually similar to Geometry Wars and another shooter game we've reviewed here in Frostclick, called Grid Wars. It plays perfectly on both the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
Similar to Grid Wars, the game features a ton of retro graphics, an assortment and a bombardment enemies as well as a very cool gameplay.

Cyber is one simple yet very entertaining game. It's created and produced by Italian game developer, Andrea Pignataro.
In the game, you are tasked to play former police officer, Jason Currial, who gets dragged into a whole web of mystery and adventure after his best friend disappears. Even though the game isn't spectacular, it still manages to win you over. It's quite apparent how much love, pain and effort went into the game so it's difficult to simply dismiss it once you have started playing.

Viola is a Finnish duo that creates funky electronic music. This quirky outfit is actually a musical duo who describes themselves as "influenced by beautiful heartfelt music, ass-shaking beats, sub-par humor and hidden messages." Moreover, they admit to being the type of people who usually sit in one corner of a club or "discotheque" and like to watch other people have fun.
This same voyeuristic/observant persona reverberates in the duo's music. Their sound is laid back electronic dance pop with a certain element of mystery. The songs seem familiar and likable, perfect for lounging and well, watching other people.

There might be no dialog and the film might only be 4 minutes long, but you will be astound at just how much tension and action can build up in those very 4 minutes. Sebastian's Voodoo, first released in June of 2008, is a wonderfully crafted animation from Joaquin Baldwin and provides an excellent example of just how CGI has improved in the last decade. But outside of the magical graphics the true selling point of the animation is its story in which a voodoo doll must find the courage to save all of his friends from being pinned to death by the voodoo Priest.
