Flash Keyboard from DotC United is one of the most downloaded keyboards on the Google Play Store, and that’s quite a feat when you consider how many are available. On the surface the app might not look that different from the other ones you have tried, but a closer look shows there are some really interesting and useful features here.
The first thing you will notice after installing the app is the keys are bigger than the regular one on Android. If you’ve ever had problems typing on the Android because the keys are too small, the large keys on the Flash Keyboard is going to make your life easier.
The app also has an auto complete feature so you can finish typing quickly, and a tap will bring up the dictionary option and let you choose the language you want to use. Tap the “Emoji” tab and you’ll be able to choose from over 400 emojis, and you can also customize it by using different skins.
Aside from the huge selection of Emoji, you can also insert a number of different stickers to jazz up your text, and tapping the image link lets you add pictures and use them like Emojis here. Of course the main purpose of this keyboard is to make typing easier and more relaxing, and in that respect it works very well.
We use the Android keyboard all the time and put up with its shortcomings because we had to. Now with Flash Keyboard there’s a better alternative, one that’s more convenient to use.
