Dreamy soundscapes with quiet vocals; a chance to sit back and think nothing. Be Brave Benjamin is essentially Ben Palmer and his guitar singing about everything in his life.
It's a mixture of acoustic, slightly folksy compilation of songs which are easy to listen to. Formerly known as Wiseacre, this talented Welsh singer is currently creating music from Barcelona where he's marooned and stationed.

Worriedaboutsatan is Gavin Miller and Tom Ragsdale. Their first EP is self-titled but popularly labeled as EP1 by the group. It was initially released back in 2006 and is no longer in print. However, it is available for a free download under a Creative Commons license.
Describing themselves as playing "electronic music with heart and soul," the band certainly makes this apparent in their music. With various hints of electronic, indie and post rock integrated into their songs, it's not tough to love.

Another amazing release from Aaahh Records, Emilie Lund is the latest folk genius to come out of Stockholm.
Singing about her life and influences while growing up in a countryside town in Sweden under the wing of former hippie parents, Lund brings a fresh take onto the world of folk music. Her music is soothing and melancholic; soothing in its capacity to stop time and melancholic because it can make for a great background track to your homesick emotions and melancholia.

As you wait for your train on the platform, you look up and glance at the girl standing right across at the other side. She looks spaced, staring directly in your direction yet not seeing you. You stare a while longer and suddenly you're overcome with an urge to talk to her. Say hi. Maybe invite her for coffee or simply hold her hand. Instead of running to the stairs and race to the other side of the platform, you simply wait and look at her. The train comes, its doors open, it closes. She disappears with it.
Obviously, if this was your movie, you need a good soundtrack to go with that, Uniform Motion’s Pictures can help you out with that.

Sleep.Shy’s Galapagos Inn is one of the more unusual online albums to come out of 2009. It is calm, witty and somewhat perplexing in its mix of sweetness and cynicism.
The opening “I nowhere I am” is typical with its switch of upbeat rhythm to classical choir and piano then back. The track “On Why No. 2 Pencils Have Erasers” shows that this band has their hard rock side but when you least expect it…Mood change!
