There is no boss level here nor do players need to fight a monster at the end to win. It is like a never ending game with multiple levels. It is time for the adrenaline fans to hit the slopes for some freestyle action. Yes, iOS houses one of the best physic based games and this one is called iStunt 2-Insane Hill. The sequel to the original iStunt game, it takes the gameplay to an all new level.

Developed by Miniclip.com, the game is really great and does much more than the original version. Offering a vast game-play and some very tricky obstacles, this one will surely become a casual gaming fans delight.

This time players will have to brace up for the extreme slopes on the icy hills and avoid all sorts of danger to complete the level. The game in itself is very simple, but what really turns up the heat is the speed, so go ahead and test your reflexes.

In-game players can make a complete back-flip just with the help of the gyroscope - and the response is amazing. In addition to this slick-trick, players can also perform front-grab and rear-grab with ease during gameplay adding the extra points. Something that I loved personally is the fact that the game is highly intuitive. It is not a brainless point-and-click game, but requires the user to react ASAP.

Players need to collect green flags on their way down hill to get segregated ratings in Gold, Silver and Bronze. Players will definitely enjoy the physics of the rag-doll in the game, sometimes the head gets chopped off and the body gets mutilated. Nothing graphic, gory and disturbing though. iStunt 2 - Insane Hills features many in-game attractions, such as, Gravity Inversion and Zero Gravity Zones for free-falls and instant reactions, Rails to gain extra points, Boosts for a super-fast adrenaline rush, Fans that make you change course, and Floating mountains out of nowhere!

Overall, iStunt 2 - Insane Hills is one-of-the-most Insane game ever played on iOS. This will please hardcore as well as casual gamers alike. Moreover, with perfect iOS Game Center integration and Social-network sharing, the game takes competition a step ahead for sure. Happy gaming everyone.

Team Fortress Arcade is a retro side scrolling demake created by Eric Ruth and inspired by the popular online shooter from Valve, Team Fortress 2. Ruth has been known to take big name titles and giving it his own spin. He's the same guy who created side scroller versions of Halo and Left4Dead and even an 8-bit remake of DJ Hero.

This cool sidescroller has been winning raves from fans of the original game as well as those that are just discovering it. Like the original, the developer promises to include an online multiplayer function later on but for now players will have to settle with sharing their keyboard with a friend if they want to play co-op mode.

The game features tons of characters in different classes just like the original game. Each character has his own set of skills and specialties that you can take advantage of when bringing him into a firefight. The characters have a primary attack, a secondary one, a melee attack and one air or jumping attack. This gives you plenty of ways to take care of the enemy. If you're not familiar with the original game, some of the characters at your disposal include a doctor, an engineer, a spy, a scout, a soldier and a couple more.

Team Fortress Arcade has 9 levels worth of gameplay and an epic boss battle if you get that far. It's much like Contra or Double Dragon, where you have up to 4 players invading enemy territory. Although the game doesn't allow PVP just yet, the bots are fully capable of giving you a good challenge.

Even though the game still has a few bugs here and there (full screen option for Mac still has problems,) it's quite a fun and exciting game to get your hands on. The best part is that you can get all this goodness absolutely free! Definitely worth playing if you ask me.

Occasionally, we crave for games that we can enjoy playing without breaking too much of a sweat or frying too many brain cells at one time. Unpleasant Horse easily fits into this category.

Although it initially got into the "bad graces" of Apple  the first time around, it seems they had a change of heart and agreed to release the game. What made it so controversial you ask? Well, not quite sure. They must have found a cute little evil pony/horse wrecking havoc and killing all the other ponies a bit offensive.

The game is from 4th & Battery, the edgier, more experimental division of your favorite wholesome gaming guru, Popcap. 

Unpleasant Horse was created out of a Popcap challenge. The company encouraged its designers to be more creative and asked them to come up with a fun, highly entertaining game within 24 hours. The result: an exciting simple game where you play a black horse that's evil to the bone. Your main task is to control this flying horse, guiding him from jumping on top of one cloud to another for as long as you can. This is simple enough but all that "unpleasantness" starts when you encounter the gentle flying white horses.

Once you see these lovable creatures, you can jump on their backs to weigh them down and send them to the ground. Unfortunately, the ground in this case features spinning sawblades that grind the cute white horses into a bloody pulp. What do you get for all this trouble? Extra points, of course!

Although the game slightly indulges in senseless murder, there's no denying that it's very entertaining, not to mention funny. Controls are easy to master and the graphics are amazing. There's also lovely mood music to accompany you as you eviscerate all of those flying horses and birds.

It might be far from what you would normally expect from Popcap's family friendly title but like most games from the company, this one is very addictive. Give it a try. It's available as a free download.

Victory March is a fun side platformer that has you playing as a war hero. You can take your pick in playing an American soldier or as a Soviet one. The main goal is to simply jump from one platform to the next while killing enemy soldiers.

Developed by Anton Butsev, the game features a very addictive gameplay that will make you want to play for hours on end. It's certainly a great game that's worth checking out.

The game offers 6 different levels. Your goal is to simply finish each level by jumping off the platforms and shooting enemies that get in your way. You have to do this as fast as possible while taking down the Nazis that you encounter. The game also offers two different modes of gameplay as well as a good range of weapons.

Graphics for the game are really good. It's done in a 3D style, which adds to the interesting gameplay. Soundtrack is excellent and provides a sense of excitement to the game. Moreover, there's a good variety of tanks and rockets that you can use in the game.

Overall, the entire game is simply tons of fun to play. It's very addictive so you might want to set aside a good portion of your time when playing because you'll definitely want to play more until you finish it.

Probability 0 will definitely have you at your wits end. The game is a downward platform game that surprisingly has very little to do with probability but offers tons of options for you to experiment and explore. Levels of the game are randomly generated so you never get the same thing twice. Well, at least not all the time.

The game was created by Droqen, a TIGForums member. The idea behind the game is that instead of a health bar, your status is represented by a number. You start off in the double digits and as you descend and fight off baddies; the number decreases. It goes down considerably if you take a hit. It's your job to stay alive, fight off the enemies and keep the number from hitting a zero. This simply means that your probability of staying alive is zilch. Give it a try, it's definitely worth your while. This cool platformer sees you scrolling downwards while everything seems to be going up. At the onset of the game, you're immediately acquainted with the controls. You can press Z to jump while pressing X lets you punch or throw ninja stars at your enemies. If you press spacebar, you'll be taken to the upgrades menu.

Initially, you will be asked to choose between two game settings. First, you get Talent, where you are provided a set of skill points that you will need to distribute yourself. Second, you have Potential. For this one, you don't have skill points to begin with. Instead, you will only gather up points as you go ahead and kill the enemy.

Whichever you choose, each skill points allows you to purchase off an ability that your little character can have. Most of the abilities will make your descent so much smoother  and fighting off bad guys much easier.

Anybody that's played the game will attest that when starting out, you need to be prepared to die, a lot! It's not so much that it's difficult to master but there are very little options for you to defend yourself that it's difficult to actually keep yourself from dying. Once you do reach a good level with quite a few abilities under your belt, then you should be just fine.

As for the graphics, it's quite basic but very playable. The soundtrack is also pretty good and definitely lends to the adventure feel of the game. Give it a go.

GunGirl 2 is a Side-Scroller Action/Adventure Game created by Paul Schneider. After choosing to become a gun girl or a gun dude (depending on which gender you prefer), a player is then released into a zombie infested world. To put it simply, the aim of this game is to make it through each of its levels, killing zombies-while also evading their touch. Eventually, a player will find the demon responsible for creating the zombie-apocalypse and defeat it. This game also adds the ability to gain power ups and these can be used to upgrade personal attributes.

Furthermore, it is important to mention that there is a lot of gore involved in the graphics of this game. This is definitely a selling point for blood-thirsty gamers who love to see the consequences of their attacks, although, I would not recommend this game to anyone below the age of 15.

Graphics are similar to games found on a SNES and the soundtrack of this game is amazing. Heavy metal music is always a good choice for a zombie game. The game is actually refreshingly difficult and those who are not encouraged by that, may find an incentive in improving their character through the games ‘level-up’ system.

Like many RPG’s, there are plenty of side quests to engage in and survivors to save. A player must adhere to all of these if he/she wants to gain a 100 percent completion of the game. However, for those who simply want to finish the games story line, there is the option of ignoring these aspects.

Overall, this is a great game and players will spend a vast amount of time completing it. However, for some, the games difficulty might be too overwhelming and this may lead to frustration and an early resignation. My advice is, try this game because it will only take a short time to figure out whether it is for you.

Mash Man is actually a remake of a classic NES Action 52 cartridge game. Redone by Curtis Kling, the developer creates his own take on this classic game that features a grape masher that uses his feet to mash grapes and create wine.

Of course, all should be well and dandy for our masher until the townsfolk decided to buy themselves fancy machines to mash the grapes. The machines prove to be more efficient, hence, our protagonist is banished into the nearby forest to live in exile.

For those of you that are unfamiliar, Action 52 was actually an NES cartridge touted as having 52 games in one. Despite the hype, the games contained plenty of errors and bugs subsequently, it was discontinued. Fast forward today and a group of game developers have taken up the task to remake these not-so-great classics and at least turn them into something slightly more tasteful. Mash Man is among the results. Check it out for yourself. Mash Man is a bit of a short game though. There are only 2 levels in the game but there is an option to finish with an alternate ending, provided you are a bit more cautions on what you are mashing in the game.

In the original game, your goal was simply to squash enemies with your gigantic feet. This  gameplay was pretty much retained. Basically, Mashman could only walk to the right, jump over tacks and spikes as well as jump on enemies. According to its new makers, they "tried to take the mood of the original game and expand on it, since it doesn’t really have any kind of unique gameplay elements to use."

As a result, this Mash Man version is more of an improvement in game design and storyline rather an actual improvement or change in game controls etc. Pretty much, the game is much improved from before. The graphics are obviously much better and the storyline contains more depth. Game wise, there's actually a lot to enjoy here. Try it out.

Cut & Paste isn't your typical sidescroller game. This cute and engaging game was actually a finalist in IGF China 2010. The game features unconventional gameplay, where players will need to cut and paste objects in order to complete puzzles and obstacles.

In the game, you can use a handrawn character to move from left to right. The entire game is like a big flipbook and your character can jump from one page to the next. You can also go back several pages if you need to. As you go through the pages, you sometimes encounter pictures that are of a different shade; you can cut these and keep it in your inventory. Easily paste it onto another page that requires the item that you obtained. Definitely a cool game you should try out. In Cut & Paste, you try and do everything you can to keep your main character away from danger as he heads for the city. As mentioned, the game operates with you going through pages of a flip book and cutting and pasting objects that are in color. You can keep these objects in your inventory and head backwards or forward to pages that might need it.

Thanks to its hand drawn look, the game is quite fun to play. Visually, players will find it amusing to go through the different pages. It's unconventional gameplay also makes it quite interesting.

Moreover, controls are also simple. Players can cut any object at a simple mouseclick; obtain them from the inventory by pressing "I" and then pasting them. If you press Spacebar, this will stop the time from ticking, buying you some time to go back and look for an object or at least paste them when needed.

Overall, the game is very fun to play. It contains very cool graphics that isn't boring to look at and the puzzles are quite logical. The only real complaint is that it's too short. Nevertheless, it is a pretty awesome game to play if you have some time to spare.

If you think that a game with a bunch of colorful lines doesn't deserve to be called a "game" at all, then Cygnus just might change all that. Now, in a world where competing for realism is what sells most video games, Cygnus attempts to stand apart. This deceptively simple game will actually give you quite a good challenge.

In the game, you are left to maneuver a ship that has no means of offense. You are basically in pursuit of what I presume to be another ship that's colored in red. You cannot fight or shoot down anything since you don't have any weapons. The one thing that you can do, though is simply maneuver, rotate or thrust your way down the goal. Think you can breeze through this game? Give it a go.

Cygnus has been likened a lot to a shoot'em up game released back in 1982, Gravitar. Unlike the latter, Cygnus isn't a shoot 'em up game. As mentioned, all you can do is move forward or slow down as you go through each room. Even though each room might just look like a bunch of lines drawn together, it's actually more challenging than it seems. The moment you overcome one room and every single obstacle in it, the next succeeding room immediately becomes even more tougher. The game takes a long time to complete and master, so expect to die about a million times before you actually get everything right.

If you are looking for something challenging or if you simply want to fry your brain a bit, then this is the perfect game to download. Even though you might not be completely impressed with the graphics, it does have a very cool gameplay and an awesome soundtrack to go along with it.
