Harvey Danger’s third album is available for free download through BitTorrent or the band’s website.

A brief refresher: Harvey Danger formed in Seattle in 1994. Their first
record, Where Have All the Merrymakers Gone?, released on Brooklyn’s tiny Arena Rock Recording Company, became a surprise smash when the song “Flagpole Sitta” became an inescapable summer staple on commercial
radio and MTV in 1998. The record, which cost about $3,000 to make, was
re-released by a major label (Slash/London) and eventually sold half a
million copies. The follow-up, King James Version (London/Sire), was
released in September 2000 (exactly five years and one day before the
release of Little By Little…, as it happens). While the sophomore effort was
nowhere near as successful as its predecessor (it’s a long story…), KJV
maintains a surprisingly strong cult following despite being out of print.
Given our unusual history, and a long-held sense that the practice now being demonized by the music biz as “illegal” file sharing can be a friend to the independent musician, we have decided to embrace the indisputable fact of music in the 21st century, put our money where our mouth is, and make our record, Little By Little…, available for download via Bittorrent, and at our website. We’re not streaming, or offering 30-second song samples, or annoying you with digital rights management software; we’re putting up the whole record, for free, forever. Full stop. About Diablo III

Diablo III is an action role-playing game similar in style to its predecessor, Diablo II. The proprietary engine will incorporate Havok physics and feature destructible environments with an in-game damage effect. The developers are aiming to make the game run on a wide range of systems, and have stated that DirectX 10 will not be required. Diablo III will use a custom 3D game engine in order to present an overhead view to the player, in a somewhat similar way to the isometric view used in previous games in the series. Enemies will utilize the 3D environment as well, in ways such as crawling up the side of a wall from the depths into the combat area.
The second of NIN’s new free releases has come out, through a FaceBook program. As with the previous song, “Discipline”, the song file contains full lyrics, a cryptic image to accompany the song and the message “Go to www.nin.com on May 5th”
According to an inteview made to the band by Rolling Stone magazine:
“We want to be as free a players as possible,” they continue in the interview.”We’ve been observing Radiohead and Trent Reznor and in twenty-seven years or however long it takes for the next record, we’ll be looking forward to everything in terms of possibilities with the Internet.”
