Photostatic from Thumbmukeys is a photo collage program, and both versions for Windows 8 and Windows Mobile have similar features, except you get a bigger screen with Windows 8. The app has a lot of features, but it’s very easy to use and even if you’re a novice, creating collages will be easy.
