Tweegram comes from the makers of Instagram, and allows the user to publish all his/her thoughts on their Instagram timeline. So what really is the big deal? Instagram allowed users to post pictures directly on Twitter, but with Tweetgram, users can post messages directly to their Instagram timeline without uploading a photo.
