Aqua Mail, by way of MobiSystems, is one of the more popular email apps for Android today. It’s got all the usual features you’d expect from email apps, plus it offers a good deal of customization and compatibility with other email programs. The interface is intuitive and at a glance, you’ll see your messages.
The standard features – reply, forward, move etc. – are easily accessible with a few taps and swipes. Its text editor offers several options to customize email. Support for POP3, SMTP and IMAP is also seamless. You can customize the colors and themes and adjust other preferences as well. The default settings should suit most users but if you like to tinker around, you won’t be disappointed.
Aqua Mail loads quickly and runs fast too. Setting up contacts and composing messages are intuitive, plus it doesn’t lag. With its support for Dropbox, Google Drive and other cloud storage services, backing up important emails and attachments is a breeze.
The Tasker feature simplifies settings modifications and automating various tasks and the app is compatible with Gmail, Outlook, AOL, etc. Security and authentication are top notch and has support for cloud print, SMs, and other functions.
These features are available in the free version of Aqua Mail. The Pro version comes with even more features, so if you want more consider an upgrade. But for most users, the free edition should be more than enough. If you are not content with your email client then it’s time to make the switch.
