There are a lot of comic readers, but Comic Rack has a lot going for it. It is free and the features are just as good if not better than those found in pricier readers. The program is capable of batch conversion (different formats are supported).

Everything you would expect from a top of the line comic book reader is here. It has a tabbed interface for rapid switching of eComics, back color matching, color toning and adjustments. Its magnifier lets you zoom in on small hard to read text. Aside from information overlays, Comic Rack has different display modes. You can also search and browse eComics. You can create lists and folders to arrange your growing collection.

Lists can be edited so only the information you want appears. There’s a tag editor as well. Using its Smart Lists, comic lists can be sorted by series, author, title etc. Wireless connection allows comic reading on tablets and notebook computers. Keyboard shortcuts are available.

Comic Rack has 32 and 64 bit versions, so you need to download the version suitable for your Windows OS. PDF, DJVU, CB7, TAR, CBT, RAR, ZIP and CBZ are supported. It can export DJVU, PDF, CB7, CBT AND CBZ.

Its database management is strong; quick search, custom lists thumbnails and many others. The thumbnail can be customized. The tablet version has auto rotation. There are numerous filtering, sorting and grouping options.

Comic Rack has two versions for Android: paid and free. The paid version does not have ads. The application has multilingual support. The app is updated regularly. You can visit their website and check for updates.
