Pic Collage from Cardinal Blue makes it easy for you to create photo collages of your friends and family, and you can even use YouTube videos, images from the web, fun fonts and stickers. You can also participate in contests generated by users and make visual responses for collages. In short, the only limitation is your imagination.

Pic Collage allows you to share your creations on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and the latest update has several new icons and themes, and you can select your own profile picture and username on the app as well. Just like your favorite social network sites, you can follow other users on Pic Collage and find the latest updates.

Pic Collage also has a Comments section where you can post your thoughts about your work and those of others. For teachers and parents, Pic Collage comes with a School Settings that lets you disable Web photos and all social features like Profile and Explorer.
