Cypria: Infinite Loop Vol. 1 (Indescribable Sounds)

Music and hip hop with a purpose; Infinite Loop Vol. 1 is an intense collection that's filled with crafty beats and interesting mixes. From the instrumentals to the R&B tinged tracks down to the occasional hip hop rhymes, the record is a great collection of random beats that's worth playing over and over again. The album is spearheaded by 19-year old UK producer, Cypria.

Tommy Illfigga: Walk A Mile

Coming Up Down Under: When most people think of the term 'Hip Hop', they usually don't picture an Australian and why would they? It's not like you see an Aussie 'Hip Hop' clothing line when you go to the store, or watch any reality TV Shows about washed up ex-rappers from Down Under. In fact, I asked 100 random people outside of a record store in Long Beach, CA who their favorite Hip Hop artist from Australia is - and 100% couldn't name one, with over 80% unaware there was Hip Hop in the 'land of oz'. Well, not only is there Hip Hop in Australia, but the scene is thriving with in its constrictive boarders.

Jay Mel: You Know

Following his last release, Who Is Jay Mel, also covered within the pages of FrostClick, Jay Mel comes back with yet another addition to his artistic repertoire, this time in a shape of four track EP, You Know. The Youngstown, OH based rapper is certainly raising the bar every time he steps to the microphone (which he is proudly doing since the young age of 15), and this time is proving to be no different.

M-Dot: Making Doubters Over Think

After only four months since his last release ('Money Doesn't Own Thought'), Hip Hop artist, M-Dot is back with a brand new album, ‘Making Doubters Over think’. Initially, I have to admit that I rarely listen to this genre of music; however, in saying this, I also have to confess that I have thoroughly enjoyed this album. Furthermore, the fact that M-Dot is the winner of the 2010 Boston Music Awards "Hip-Hop Artist of the Year" and winner of the 2010 Boston Phoenix "Best Hip Hop Act," comes as no surprise. To put it bluntly, this dude is bad-ass. These titles are well deserved and the talent in which he exhibits is highly prevalent within ‘Making Doubter’s Over Think’.
