Running over eight minutes, My Strange Grandfather tells the story of a little girl who can’t understand his weird grandfather and his eccentric habit of picking up trash, only to discover something magical that will make him appreciate the old man.

Cupidon

Follow Cupid as he lives his worst day ever in Cupidon, a CG graduation short film for ESMA co-directed by Simon Bau, Clémentine Choplain, Marie Ecarlat, Benoit Huguet, and Julien Soulage. The film tells the story of Cupid and how a major mistake in a pair-up leads him to an unforgettable roller-coaster adventure.

Cooked

Watch an arctic love triangle between a walrus, a seal, and a lobster in Cooked. This 7-minuter animation is directed and designed by Jens Blank, produced by Tom Legget, and written by Caroline Brucker. Cooked became an official selection in the Cannes Film Festival last 2010.

El Vendedor Humo (The Smoke Seller) is a 6-minuter animation that tells the story of a mysterious vender who transforms and deceives a sleepy town through his magical smoke. It’s directed by Jaime Maestro and produced by Carlos Escuita.

Caterpillar

Carrying psycholigical intrigue and precise emotions, Caterpillar, directed by the fashion photographer David Field, is a promising cerebral drama that’s sensitively realized and dramatically absorbing. Since its release, this 15-minute short has already gained attention from the festival circuit with official selections, nominations, and awards such as Best Short Film in the Eeerie Horror Film Festival 2012.

Cycle

Student filmmakers Trent Hilborn and Mark Mazur�s twisty short film is anything but usual. With a runtime of around 25 minutes, Clever is an intense psychological film with an outstanding directorial effort. It was premiered at the Reeve Union Theatre at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. The short tells the story of a scientist trapped in the sub-level of a science facility. Suffering from perpetual grief, he is forced to the edge and becomes the first person to breath a new life, not through reproduction, but multiplication.
