Zombie High Dive from Chillingo combines unique stylized art, full integration with Facebook and solid gameplay; music and sound for an immersive experience are also live and well. You play a zombie with an irresistible urge to dive, and you’ll be doing a lot of training and competing to show everyone you’re the best zombie diver there is.
The dives are done either with an instructor or by participating in leagues that will accept you after you attain certain objectives. Whenever you go to a dive site, you are charged a ticket after which you can do several dives and score points. There’s a tutorial here so you can get a full grasp of the game.
Once you’re done with the tutorial you’ll employ the services of another zombie who will act as your agent. It’s your agent who will arrange to have you included in different diving leagues and provide instructors to train you. To get the most from the game you will need to link with Facebook.
While Zombie High Dive may sound easy, it can be challenging as you need to land eight unique dives of varying heights. If you fail three times, you have to start over or use another ticket to get in. Zombie High Dive graphics are pretty good and the dives feel solid. The controls are easy to use too. Once in the air place your finger on the screen to add speed, and removing your finger reduces speed. The better you dive, the higher your score will be. All in all, it’s an entertaining game and will have your attention.
