AE 3D Motor

AE 3D Motor is one of the coolest racing games for Windows Phone 7. Published by AE Mobile, it is one of those games that make good use of the accelerometer. It’s for casual play, but there is plenty here to keep you coming back for more. Players are on a motorcycle, racing past sidewalks, cars, trucks and other vehicles, all the while trying not to crash. Points are awarded when you zip past some vehicles. Bonus points are also available. You control the rider by tilting your phone.

Blanket Truth: Urban Wildlife

As the name suggests, Blanket Truth's second full-lenght and final album Urban Wildlife is a jungle of lo-fi indie pop. Hailing from Seattle, the band is the brainchild of Jon Manning and Eli Damm. In this 11-track collection, the duo collaborated with several guest vocals and musicians using a variety of instruments such as ukelele, banjo, xylophone, and singing saw, to name a few. With Watercolor Paintings, Pangea, James Rabbit, and Shelby Sifers as musical influences, this album will surely give you a rich slice of folk heaven.

Zillow Real Estate Mobile App

The Zillow Real Estate mobile app has all the features anyone who wants to buy, sell, or rent a home in the US could want. Created by Zillow, it comes with a mortgage calculator, housing rental costs and values. It relies on GPS technology, so you will be able to use it as you drive around looking for property. It obtains real estate information from your location. To use, just tap Current Location and a map will pop up. Values will be shown, while color-coded arrows signify whether a property is for sale, been sold or available for rent. Zillow moves along with your travel so the data is relevant to your position. You can also type specific locations (city, neighborhood or a particular address).

All India Radio: Free Me (Remixes & Outtakes)

All India Radio is a four piece crew from the land down under. Even if you've never heard of them, chances are you might have encountered their songs from TV shows like CSI: Miami, One Tree Hill or Australia's premiere series, Bondi Rescue. They've released 8 albums since 2000 and continue to impress as well as win over more listeners thanks to their ambient sound. Their mix of hypnotic downbeat electronica serves as a lush soundscape that listeners can easily get lost in. This spirit level app has no fancy features, but it does the job right. IHandy Level can be used for a variety of household tasks like roof pitch calculations. It can also be used to measure walls, furniture, decors and take various angles. Students can rely on this to perform assorted measurements. Because iHandy Level uses the iPhone’s accelerometer, the results are spot-on. In fact the app can be used for measuring vehicle inclination.

Amber Rubarth: Free EP

Amber Rubarth's music goes well with that morning cup of coffee as you stare out the window and enjoy the quiet morning. The Sunpilots: King of the Sugarcoated Tongues

The Sunpilots music echo a bunch of genres at the same time. From Dream Theater-like epic sweeps, to Jars of Clay pop rock sound and even a hint of 90s alternative rock; the band attempts to paint quite a big wall of sound. Hailing from Australia but currently based in Berlin, the group is a progressive quartet made up of Raj Siva-Rajah (vocals), Bob Spencer (guitar), Andy Nielsen(Drums) and Justin Kool (bass.) King of the Sugarcoated Tongues is a concept album that marks the band's full immersion into the progressive world.

MADE BED

Liberate some love in Made Bed, a five-minuter short that combines voice and vision. Written and directed by Kevin Oestenstad, this litte piece of visual masterpiece conveys raw emotion about courage, life, and great men. Mainly using narration, the filmmakers takes us on a tour that savors on picturesque images and brilliant shots. Much is given credit to Kevin Oestenstad and Tony Swaney's acting prowess. The undeniable talent that they have showcased served as the backbone for such a polished film.
