Frozen Geese: The Starseed

Frozen Geese is made up of instrumentalists, Dave Lazonby and Graham Baily. Hailing from Leeds, UK, the duo is bent in energizing their listeners with their brand of psychedelic electronic rock. Their sound is both rough and smooth at the same time; providing listeners with a real treat for their senses. The Starseed is their first full record and was released in cassette only back in 2010. It might be weird and unusual to release their compilation in a format that's considered obsolete by many. Luckily, the duo couldn't stop the buzz around their music. They've finally made the record available as a digital download giving plenty of online music lovers a chance to hear this amazing album.

Eythor Bender demos human exoskeletons

Eythor Bender of Berkeley Bionics brings onstage two amazing exoskeletons, HULC and eLEGS -- robotic add-ons that could one day allow a human to carry 200 pounds without tiring, or allow a wheelchair user to stand and walk. It's a powerful onstage demo, with implications for human potential of all kinds. From TED.com

Willy’s Big Bang Theory Magic Revue: Cradle

Willy's Big Bang Theory Magic Revue (WBBTMR) is definitely a long name for a band. Luckily, even though their name is a mouthful, their music is quite good. This eclectic rock and roll blues band is actually just made of one permanent member, Will (I'm not sure what this guy's last name is.) He's also a member of garage, punk group, The Wild Dishes. For his WBBTMR side project though, he enlists the help of his musician friends. These friends dropped drum parts, a guitar lick or two etc., and helped create this soaring album. Take a listen and get in touch with your inner blues rocker.

Flicker (Thunderware Games)

If you're old enough to remember those Atari games, then you might remember how it started flickering every time too many objects were visible on the screen at once. Flicker plays on this interesting little quirk. In the game, you are a religious fanatic that's bent in destroying the entire human race. So, you travel back in time in order to carry out this deed. The game certainly takes advantage of this little screen flickering glitch and puts it to great use. It provides a whole new level of challenge while playing the game. Give it a try.

Eager to see what her new toy can do she rushes to her room and brings the rabbit to life expecting a breathtaking magic show. What she gets, however, is much more than she have ever bargained for. All in all, RabbitKadabra is a beautifully crafted four minute treat for kids and adults alike. So be sure to take a peek!

My Foolish Heart: Sootiness, Sonsy Girl

My Foolish Heart is a beautiful acoustic, alternative pop rock duo that was initially formed back in 2007. They started out doing covers of anything from Buddy Holly to Britney's Toxic and now they've finally branched out to release their own tracks. Sootiness, Sonsy Girl is their latest compilation. It's a beautiful mixture of melodies, acoustic guitars, vocal harmonies that's intertwined with a reflective, laid-back mood. Most of the songs were recorded with as minimal use of technology as possible. Opting instead for a cleaner, more raw performance by playing instruments that resound with an orchestra feel rather than electronics. Certainly, a nice album to retreat to.

RhinoBall

Familiar with the movie, Bolt? If yes, then you're going to adore RhinoBall. This cool game features the little hamster, Rhino, from the movie. The game is quite simple, all you need to do is control Rhino while he collects various items and head for where Bolt is. The game was initially released as a way of promoting the movie Bolt when it first came out. It's become quite a staple in the iTunes app store since then. If you're looking for something to kill time or if you want an entertaining game that even your child play, then go ahead and grab this one. It's absolutely free.

Clownage: Premiers Maux

Clownage is a four piece high energy indie rock band from Paris, France. Their sound touches on Muse's arena rock formula but creates it's own identity with their incorporation of the melody into every song. Lead singer/guitarist Jérôme Litré-Froment has a strong voice that has a good amount of range and an impassioned delivery in both French and English lyrics. Guitarist Louis Teran, bassist Olivier Crescence, and drummer Jérôme Ceva all make a concerted attempt to change up the sounds and timing that make for an album of memorable and hummable songs.
