Billionaire from Alegrium is all about living like a billionaire, meaning you buy properties left and right and make as much money as you can. The game is easy to get into in the beginning since it’s easy to buy properties, but once you make a million, things start to get more challenging and interesting.
Once you reach the million mark, the building become more expensive, going from 500,000 to as much as 15 million, but the game does reward you for being patient as you can upgrade the structures in the latter stages. Just like other base building and resource management games, you have to manage your money, the threat levels and your properties at the same time.
All the buildings can hold a certain amount of money and threat levels, and you also have to manage the risks or face conviction, with the higher the threat level the greater the chances of being convicted. Your goal therefore, is to reduce the risks and safer structures like fast food restaurants, museums and the like. As the game progresses you can track your performance in the leaderboard.
It seems like there’s a lot to cover and that’s true, but it’s not that hard to learn, and the game has an addictive nature.
