Brothers in Arms: Global Front

Time to tie-your-boots, load the guns and stack up the ammunition. iOS is being invaded by Brothers in Arms: Global Front; a franchisee game which for the first time ever is being offered for free. The game has been developed by Gameloft, the makers who have produced visually appealing titles such as N.O.V.A 2, Backstab, Assassins Creed: Altairs Chronicles and a host of other enthralling gaming titles. Brothers in Arms: Global Front certainly lives up the prior releases and the growing legacy of Gameloft.

Devil Ninja2 (vs Boss)

Its always great to play a sequel game and continue the story with a bit of tweaks and advancements. Devil Ninja2 takes things up from where Devil Ninja left and adds a new Boss for hours of fun and enchanting gameplay. Developed by Droid Studio, who have a very successful rate in the Android App market, Devil Ninja2 has already won some favorable reviews. The game is very sweet to look at and surely will be eye-candy on the higher-end Android monsters with revolutionary displays.

Black Lodge (Jak Locke)

Black Lodge is the much talked about videogame homage to the wildly popular Lynchian cult classic, Twin Peaks. If you're a fan of the series, you should be all over this game. It's a beautiful piece that essentially captures the craziness, mystery and magnetic storyline of the original tv show. The game was created by Jak lodge and features all the goodness the original storyline has to offer plus a bit more. With amazing Atari 2600 style, the game is playable for both Mac and PC. It also comes with a manual that the developer encourages you to read first before starting.

RYZOM

MMORPG fans have something to look forward to with Ryzom aka The Saga of Ryzom. This game comes directly from the sci-fi genre and offers a gameplay which some MMORPG out there can just dream off. It was originally Developed by Nevrx, but currently the games Developer and Publisher is Winch Gate Property, Ltd. Gameplay is far from easy, and offers a host of features that impacts the entire gameplay in the long run. Graphics are at its best with highly-detailed environments, characters, nemesis, and the likes.

Hidden & Dangerous

The war has begun and this time around you are fighting for your survival. Hidden and Dangerous is a highly-acclaimed FPS game coming from the house of Illusion Softworks, now known as 2K Czech (PC & Sega Dreamcast) and Tarantula Studios (Playstation) The game takes cue from the World War II and requires the player to execute some important missions in war situation. Gameplay is quite glithcy at places and there is knonw trouble on GeForce GPU systems, but otherwise a complete pleasure to play.

Angry Monkey

The overwhelming success of Rovio's Angry Birds has just inspired developers to bring in something close to the franchise. There are numerous apps on iOS and Android that go all out and copy the Angry Birds game. So here it is, another feather to the cap and this one is called Angry Monkey, developed by Game Boss. Yes, the entire storyboard of the game revolves about an angry gorilla who is furious about his banana being taken away and he will stop at nothing to get it back. Deja Vu? No, its just that, in Angry Birds the Pigs rob the eggs of the birds, and in return the birds get angry.

iSplume

If you're looking for a different type of balloon busting game, iSplume might just be the game to try out next. Originally offered for sale, the game is now available as a free download on the Mac App Store. This cool puzzle game from Flash Bang Studios has gained quite a lot of fans since its release. Unlike regular puzzle bobble types, this one makes use of quirky little creatures called splumes. The objective is a bit similar to the original though. You have to position at least three similar colored splumes in order for them to pop. Of course, there are additional sets of rules that help make this one a little bit more interesting than its counterparts.

Racing Moto

All adrenaline junkies, its time to rev up your machines and hit the road. Racing Moto-High has arrived to burn the Android device screens. An app with an average rating of 4.4 on the Android Market - you really cannot go wrong with this one. Coming straight from DroidHen games, a developer with quite a handful of Android titles under it's belt; Racing Moto nails it with its fast-paced action in an easy-to-play format. The graphics of the game are something to really talk about, with multiple in-game options making the game very interesting.

Return To Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory!

Attention all FPS lovers. Its time to pick-up your weapons, choose your allies, and gear up for war. We are talking about the iconic FPS, Return To Castle Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory. Developed by Activision, the same developer who has churned out impressive titles such as Driver, Driver 3, Call Of Duty series, Crash Bandicoot series, just to name a few. Enemy Territory was supposed to be an expansion pack to the RTCW game series, but a problem owing to the single-player aspect led to Enemy Territory being released as a free and open-source standalone game on 29th May, 2003.
