Dizzypad

Dizzypad is a pretty cool free iPad/iPhone game that you'll surely get addicted to. The game was created by Nimblebit, the same company that developed the wildly popular Pocket Frogs. If you're familiar with Koi Pond and Doodle Jump, Dizzypad is touted as a hybrid of both. It combines the beautiful and serene atmosphere of the former with the insane, precision gameplay of the latter; giving birth to an exciting game that's plenty of fun to play. Your main objective is basically to jump from one lily pad to another without falling into the water. If you're thinking this is too simple, well, in a way it is. Nevertheless, you're in for a treat once you give it a go.

Survival

What would you do if you're a highschool student who wakes up from a deep slumber to find out you're the only one left at school? What's worse is that there are blue ghosts coming after you! Survival places you in the shoes of Satoshi, a highschool student who falls asleep during class to wake up that her school is deserted and infested with blue ghosts that are out to kill her. This adventure horror game isn't that long but you'll definitely have fun with it. The game is offered absolutely free. The Machine

The Machine is a colorful new game that you can download and play for free. Even though it's just a demo, it's still pretty entertaining and worth checking out. The game is very logical so don't expect to figure this one out via hit or miss. In the game, you are an assigned engineer who creates blocks, both colored and not colored. Your job though consists of creating a machine to create the blocks that you need. You'll have several parts at your disposal that you would need to assemble and put together the machine in order to start production.

Youdunnit

If you hate figuring out games, then stay clear from Youdunnit. This is perhaps one of the most confusing indie games out there. However, if you are up for a little challenge and don't mind taking a Tylenol or two, this game would be right up your alley. The game was created under 48 hours so don't expect it to be perfect. In fact, it's this confusing gameplay and headache inducing storyline that makes the game quite intriguing. It was created as an entry for the Global Jam Games and since then has gained notoriety among indie gamers as a weird yet must-try murder "mystery" game.

Trapped

Unlike most space shooters, Trapped is simply a tad bit confusing. The game doesn't just rely on you killing the enemy, you have to execute some special action before you can successfully eliminate them, protect your ship, and make a clean getaway. The game was created by Wiebo de Wit and was released just a couple of weeks ago. It's still currently being updated for any new bug fixes and other improvements that can be done. It's a cool shooter game though that's perfect when you're on break. Give it a quick download and see if you can crack this one.

Pragmatica (HIVE)

Looking for a nice puzzle game that you can waste a couple of your hours or minutes on? Pragmatica might just do the trick for you. The game is set in a world where humanity is has become a liability. Instead, the world is increasingly becoming dependent on robots and Pragmatica has become one of the leading industries of the time. Developed by HIVE, the same team that gave you the gorgeous handrawn platformer, Umbrella Adventures which was featured here in Frostclick as well; you can expect nothing less from Pragmatica.

TimeStill by Zack Banack

If you could stop time, what would you do? In TimeStill, there's no need to wonder. You get to stop time in order to obtain all these shiny things in your screen. You also get to jump on top of bullets to reach these little shards while dodging other harmful obstacles. The game was created by Zack Banack, who has had a ton of titles under his name ever since he started developing games back in 2008. Some of his titles include the handrawn shooter, Paper Dreams and Cactus and Arthur Lee's, Dunjin. Like his other games, TimeStill injects a certain twist. It's basically your typical platformer packed with interesting graphics and a cool gameplay. Check it out.
