Need a game that you can play with your best bud? Siamese Enemies should be right up your alley. It’s a twisted but pretty cool game from leading Swiss indie developer, Krimelo. In the game, you play one half of a Siamese twin. Your mom just wants one baby so you have to fight over who gets the most organs before you actually reach the hospital to get separated.

Sounds a bit sick? Well, yeah, it sort of is, but it’s sure great fun to play. Give it a try and you’ll know what I mean.

The game lets you fight for your right to live as you gather up all of the possible organs you can find on the way to the hospital. You take the organs and stitch them onto your body. Of course, your “evil” twin can steal them during the operation, but it’ll take him some time to do so. Also, once the operation is done, you have to rush back home to your mom. First one to reach mommy wins the game!

Now, I know that the theme might be instant fodder for complaints. There’s no doubt that handling a subject as deep as human rights might be tricky but the game at least, is quite fun to play. Like the weird storyline, the graphics looks like it was taken out of a Dali painting gone 8bit.

Gameplay is quite different since you would need to work with your twin to get through some of the obstacles. However, in the end, there can only be one (cue Highlander theme). So, get your gameface on, grab those organs, sew them on and rush back home!
